The Problem, the Project, the Purpose and the Plan

  1. I need to lose about 25 lbs. I'm only 5'1 /2" so 5 extra lbs. on my short frame looks like 20. I hope you're hanging in there. I've been walking 2 miles each day with a cousin, and I'm trying not to overeat (portion control) which is my biggest problem. A diet will come later, but first I'm trying these things.
